By accessing or using Hytale Server List, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

These terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

When you submit a server to our list, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the legal right to represent the server
• All information provided is accurate and truthful
• Your server complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Your server does not violate any third-party rights
• Your server content is appropriate and does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material

We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any server submission at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to list your server, and we may remove it at any time for any reason.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
• Using the service to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfering with or disrupting the service or servers connected to the service
• Submitting servers that promote illegal activities, hate speech, or harmful content
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse the service
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
• Collecting or harvesting information about other users without their consent

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hytale Server List and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, but by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service
• That the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• That defects will be corrected
• The quality, safety, or legality of servers listed on the service

We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any server information or the quality of any server. Users are responsible for their own interactions with listed servers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hytale Server List shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the service
• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hytale Server List and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the service

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
